This is an album recorded live at a concert to Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble were at the Mann Music Center (center summer tourist attraction since 1930, where he performed several shows throughout the year, not only music but dances and dramas, figures of the likes of Santana, BB King, Ray Charles, James Tylor, Jethro Tull, George Benson were among the many figures who passed through this stage) in Philadelphia in 1987.

I think that was released for sale in 1988 because the same disc contains 3 bonus tracks (Instrumental Jam, Pride & Joy, Scuttle Buttin) for the MTV Unplugged Stevie toast in that year.
